Faircrest basks in the cachet coming from the Clifton VA address across Lee Hwy. to its south. Centreville VA has historically been defined by its entry level townhouses though it recently has seen a spate of upscale retail. Buyer interest in Faircrest continues due to the biking proximity to the Fair Lakes Office District to the north east across I-66 via Stringfellow. Interest will spike if a long planned metro station is built at the Stringfellow (Chantilly) park and ride across I-66 from Faircrest.
