This home shows very well and is in great condition (check out the pictures). Nice wood floors, granite counters and stainless appliances. Nice sized Trex deck as well. Walk up basement with a full bar, done in contemporary style. Also a HUGE sized bathroom in the basement, something one might find in a restaurant. A little strange... Great, private back yard. Home is in excellent condition and shows very well. Lots of windows everywhere (more than typical home in Ashburn). Upgrades throughout the home. Trex deck off sunroom and family room with stairs down to backyard.

Finished walk-up basement with full wet bar with granite counter tops including sink, mini-fridge and wine cooler.

One drawback to basement is lack of any storage space and no extra den/room. And very odd enormous bathroom in basement...?

Backyard is private with mature pine trees blocking view of house behind. Very well landscaped.

Occupied so could only take picture of front of home (but it's more than what picture are available now, which is zero)

The Village of Waxpool community is located in Ashburn, Virginia off of Belmont Ridge Rd. It sits adjacent to Brambleton and Broadlands (click here for aerial view). All of the homes are on 1/2 acre lots and are in the larger square footage/upper price bracket when compared to the majority of what you'd find in Ashburn as well as most of eastern Loudoun County. There are three builders in the Village of Waxpool community...
