This property needs a lot of TLC. You really need to love white to be OK with the entire kitchen as well as the rest of the house.
Very formal dining room that cuts into the living/family room space. Basement is on the small side, but that's because of the 2 car garage and the front door is on the side of the home.
Though the interior needs help, the lot is awesome - end unit that backs to mature trees that aren't going anywhere.
Broadlands in Ashburn VA is a master planned community near the planned end station of the Dulles Metrorail line and the approved commercial downtown called Moorefield Station.
The Broadlands is a fantastic community located in Ashburn (20148). It is built on 1502 acres off of exit 5 of the Dulles Greenway in Ashburn. Van Metre Homes, a JD Power Quality Leader, is the developer of the land and has built the majority of the homes in the community. The Broadlands is estimated to be finished in 2010 and will have around 3,800 homes when fully developed.

In the essence of full disclosure, I live in the Broadlands and have so for 4 plus years. Because of this I am a little bias towards the Broadlands but I do believe it is one of the best neighborhoods to live in Loudoun County if not all of Northern Virginia. That being said, here is a guide to the Broadlands subdivision of Ashburn, located almost entirely in the 20148 zip code (there is a small section called Overland Park that is just on the otherside of the Greenway in the 20147 zip).
