It's easy to understand why this home is listed for $1 million. The interior is impeccable and the view is phenomenal. 4 levels with a view of the potomac and the golf course on each level. Not only a view but a deck! The design is a little unusual with the kitchen and dining areas as well as fireplace and seating. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to figure it out.
