Nice house but it is in pretty sad shape. It needs new flooring pretty much in its entirety, the walls have to be painted, vinyl in kitchen is terrible, oven door looks about to fall off so some appliances might be needed as well. There is no fence in the back and the road behind the house is pretty busy around rush hour (so fairly noisy). There is some water damage in some areas of the house, also the roof is missing quite a few shingles. It needs a LOT of work. Way overpriced!

Kitchen ceiling has a lot of water damage, the carpets need replacing in the entire house, they are awful, kitchen cabinets need to be redone (they are covered in vinyl which is peeling in some areas). It is a nice house, needs a lot of work, the work does seem to be mainly cosmetic but it will be expensive.
