Meadowbrook Woods started building in 1995. Most homes are between 8 and 16 years old, 4-6 Bedrooms, 2-4 full baths, 2-3 car garage on .25 to 1_ + acres (most on half acre). Lovely neighborhood of distinctive houses, many on cul-de-sacs. I've toured many different models and can help you evaluate the neighborhood. Meadowbrook Woods is a wonderfully maintained community off of 234 in Manassas It is located between I-95 or I 66; and it is less than 25 minutes to MCB Quantico, and convenient to the commuter bus stop at Montclair, and the 234 commuter "slug lots". Marshall Elementary is a school of excellence. Benton and Osbourne Park are the middle and high schools; both award winning. The neighborhood has a clubhouse, pool, and tennis and tot lots.
